Meet Regan, our new Customer Success Manager

We’re excited to announce the latest addition to our growing team.

One of our highest priorities here at Ensign has always been to provide our clients with world-class support and therefore we’ve brought on board a dedicated team member to ensure this goal is met on a daily basis.

To celebrate Regan’s arrival, we sat down with him and had chat about himself, his new role and what it means to him.

 

Can you introduce yourself, with some hobbies and fun facts?

I’m Regan, the Customer Success Manager here at Ensign!

In my spare time I love to play golf, watch movies and take my two beagles (Hugo and Billy) for long walks. I’m also an avid traveller and I love seeing new places in the world. A fun fact about me, I went to live in Dubai back in 2018, as this was a lifelong dream of mine!

What is your role and what does that mean for the customers?

My role as the Customer Success Manager encompasses various areas from customer onboarding to product development.

I’m responsible for ensuring we exceed our client’s expectations in every way possible. I love hearing new ideas from our clients, this helps me to drive our innovation and development specifically in line with users’ feedback. I’m here to make sure the customer experience is running smoothly and any issues are dealt with efficiently.

How excited are you to get stuck into your new role?

I’m really excited to get stuck in, I’ve been able to talk with some of our clients and the overwhelming positivity on how we’ve been able to support their businesses has only increased that excitement.

I love to go above and beyond for our clients. I can’t wait to get stuck into the innovative developments being worked on and to share these with our clients in the near future. I know our clients will be as excited as we are about what’s to come!

Why Ensign?  

I think our software is the best in the market, and it’s supported by our outstanding team who provide an exceptional service every single day. Customers are treated like family here at Ensign and we take huge pride in this.

What is your favourite thing about the software?

My favourite thing about the software is the time that it saves. It’s astounding how much time can be saved using our take-off and estimating software and I think our recent customer survey results speak for themselves.

My grandad is a general building contractor so I have a good understating of the negatives that come with using a pen and paper to carry out the estimation process. He’d sometimes spend an entire weekend on one job, only for it to be given to someone else and have his time and effort completely wasted.

What are your plans for Ensign and the software in 2022?

I plan to keep driving the business and ensuring our customers are over the moon with everything we do for them. I’d like to spend some time in 2022 seeing the real-life benefits our software has and visiting some of our clients to see this first-hand. I’d also like to hear more suggestions in 2022 on how we can continue to improve our software. Our software development is a never-ending mission and one that I’m proud to be a part of.
