COVID-19 November 2020 Update

We wanted to keep you updated about some of the steps we’re taking to keep our services running smoothly during the coming weeks.

It goes without saying that this year has been a tough one for the industry. Despite everything, we’re proud of what we’ve achieved in 2020, and a big part of that has been supporting our customers. Our ongoing mission to make contractors’ lives easier is now more important than ever.

On a practical level, most of our team have already adapted to working from home earlier in the year, so we’re comfortable returning to this for the duration of this “lockdown” period.

Meanwhile, our core Support team will continue to work in our socially-distanced office, which means you can still call or email us and expect a quick response during normal office hours.

I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your ongoing support. We’re optimistic about the future of our software and what this will mean for our customers. As always, we’ll keep you informed about the exciting developments we’re working on.
